I really enjoy this tea. It's as stimulating as coffee but it taste better. I will drink tea instead of coffee any day. Guayaki seems to be a good brand. I visited the company's website. Guayaki is the strongest Yerba Mate' that I have tried. I strongly recommend this to anyone seeking an alternative to coffee. Descriptions of the tea suggest that it also promotes mental awareness. I found this to be true. It is similar to the feeling i get when I take Gingko Biloba.

This review is not about the product - the product is fantastic. This is a comment about the outrageous rip-off price. You can buy the same box of Guayaki Yerba Mate 25 Tea Bags at Trader Joes for $4.29 per box compared to the price being asked here. That's crazy. Just my 2 cents.

This stuff is pretyt nice. I tried to kick coffee with it, but I decided I like coffee too much. The "jolt" is real deal though. I loke this stuff. I toss it in with some Rooibos and go to work and I have a really nice "boost" that is very noticable. Not in a jittery caffinated way either.

I tried mate in South America and it was something that held my curiosity when I got home. So I found Guayaki and several other brands as bags to try. Wasn't up for the whole gourd set up. This is my favorite straight Mate by far. I don't like it as a first cup of the day too smoky but as the second cup it is perfect and late at night it is reminiscent of a nice single malt. Definitely a sophisticated taste. First cup of the Day I like the Pixie Green Tea mate.

This tea is great... it is all it is advertised to be and taste great too. I have noticed an increased energy level and feel better after just a week.
